Lo staff del Career Service organizza numerose attività in momenti diversi dell’anno accademico al fine di approfondire la conoscenza dei profili degli studenti e indirizzarli verso le opportunità e le aziende più in linea con le loro aspirazioni.I servizi e le iniziative includono: career counselling: supporto nella costruzione del proprio profilo professionale; orientamento al mercato del lavoro: definizione del proprio percorso professionale e del proprio “online personal brand”, simulazioni di colloqui, negoziazione dell’offerta; presentazioni aziendali: conferenze, testimonianze e meeting con manager ed executive per conoscere le aziende e i settori in cui operano; employer engagement: sviluppo di partnership strategiche con le aziende attraverso attività ad hoc di Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding e Networking; e-career book: curricula degli studenti disponibili online per aziende e istituzioni alla ricerca di nuovi talenti; tirocini: dall’aula all’inserimento nel mondo del lavoro. Il Career Service supporta gli studenti nell’identificazione di opportunità di tirocinio da svolgersi alla fine della fase d’aula del Master.
