MBA Green Energy and Sustainable Businesses

The MBA Green Energy is a challenging, intensive 12-month full-time international program taught entirely in English.

Participants will be engaged in a stimulating learning environment where people with strong environmental and social values integrate the development of entrepreneurial and corporate venturing skills with the building of critical thinking and leadership competences.

Alma Graduate School, together with leading companies and managers of the sector, will provide participants with a first-hand full immersion in the green energy world. Open discussions and meetings will also give students an opportunity to learn from actual testimonies and experiences of the real business world.

Other features: internships, career development activities, Business English classes, and Italian lessons.

The curriculum of the MBA Green Energy is divided in two main parts: General Management (MBA core courses) and a Green Energy and Sustainable Businesses concentration, designed to provide an opportunity for specialization and in-depth focus on financial viability, ecological sustainability, and social equity.

IMPORTANT. Students possessing a degree obtained abroad must submit a recognition of their qualification for the purposes of admission to the program issued by the competent Italian Diplomatic Representation.

The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required of all candidates whose native language is not English. The IELTS is acceptable as an alternative. Waivers may apply. There is no minimum TOEFL/IELTS score required.

Admission to the program is subject to the positive assessment of the candidates' individual interview and qualifications (e.g. curriculum vitae, GMAT/GRE, reference letters, etc.).

Contributo per le prove di ammissione: € 60

Alma Graduate School offers numerous full and partials scholarships. Scholarships range from 10,000 euro to 27,000 euro.

Thanks to an agreement between Alma Graduate School and UniCredit, MBA participants are also eligible to apply for a long-term and low-interest (no collateral required) honor loan. Loans will cover the full amount of the tuition fee or the portion of it that is not covered by the scholarship. In addition, all students can benefit from a 10,000 euro loan, designed to help them cover their living expenses in Bologna during the academic year.
