MBA China/Far East and Europe Business Relations

The first decade of this Century has been characterized by the opening of the Chinese market to foreign firms. Today we are witnessing a surge of Chinese investment abroad.  The aim of this program is to prepare a generation of leaders able to manage this new flow of activities.

The MBA China/Far East and Europe Business Relations will not only focus on rules and strategies that need to be applied on both Asian and European markets but it will also give the instruments to put together firms  leveraging on the differences and similarities from each context.

During the 12 months program, participants will learn through lectures and business cases how to manage bilateral business relations in all core activities as Supply Chain, Strategy, Business development, Finance, R&D, Marketing & Communication.

The curriculum of the MBA China/Far East and Europe Business Relations is divided in two main parts: General Management (core courses, shared with the other concentrations), which is designed to provide students with the necessary management and business skills; and a China/Far East and Europe Business Relations concentration, designed to provide an opportunity for specialization and in-depth focus on this broad topic.

- 2+ years of qualified work experience
- English proficiency

IMPORTANT. Students possessing a degree obtained abroad must submit a recognition of their qualification for the purposes of admission to the program issued by the competent Italian Diplomatic Representation.

The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required of all candidates whose native language is not English. The IELTS is acceptable as an alternative. Waivers may apply. There is no minimum TOEFL/IELTS score required.

Admission to the program is subject to the positive assessment of the candidates' individual interview and qualifications (e.g. curriculum vitae, GMAT/GRE, reference letters, etc.).

Contributo per le prove di ammissione: € 60

Alma Graduate School offers numerous full and partials scholarships. Scholarships range from 10,000 euro to 27,000 euro.

Thanks to an agreement between Alma Graduate School and UniCredit, MBA participants are also eligible to apply for a long-term and low-interest (no collateral required) honor loan. Loans will cover the full amount of the tuition fee or the portion of it that is not covered by the scholarship. In addition, all students can benefit from a 10,000 euro loan, designed to help them cover their living expenses in Bologna during the academic year.
